About the ZWO Seestar S50 Pro

The Seestar S50 Pro puts a 50mm four-element apochromatic lens (with ED glass), an auto-focusing camera, filters and a GoTo alt-azimuth mount in one unit. You pick a target in the Seestar app; it finds it, tracks it and stacks exposures into a picture on your phone. A second, wide-angle camera covers 63° of sky for Milky Way panoramas, star trails and time-lapses. It is the largest aperture in the range — ZWO’s figure is nearly three times the light-gathering area of the 30mm models.
